Behind every qualified analyst is a period of hard study...
Often done on a modest wage, with little support, and with the odds stacked against passing the first time. Our sponsorship fund exists to close that gap. When you sponsor a student analyst, you give them the study material they need to succeed, and you tell them that someone believes in their future.
The barriers students face
Many student analysts are working and studying at the same time, and the path is harder than it should be:

The support that does exist is limited and can be expensive. Asking a student on a tight budget to keep buying more material simply isn't realistic.
These qualifications are demanding, and pass rates are low. Good study material can be the difference between passing and repeating an exam but it isn't always within reach.
Trainees and junior analysts often earn just enough to cover the essentials. After rent, transport, and daily costs, there's little left for the resources that would help them get ahead.
